If you already have a build site, we’ll be glad to work with you on designing and building your new home or we can assist in locating and acquiring a build site. In addition, you can select form our current inventory which catalogs properties in various stages; vacant lots, projects under construction and completed homes.

We can work with numerous architects and designers to bring your vision to life. More than just floor plan design; effective plan development must take into account site characteristics as well as interior and exterior finish details. In order to ensure your project is designed for the most efficient building practices, we facilitate interaction between all essential project contributors. After just one or two consultations, we can provide an initial project budget.

Once the plans are finalized and the budget complete, we will enter into a contract and begin construction of your new residence. Throughout the construction phase we remain flexible enough to accommodate any changes that may arise and our Flat-Fee budget ensures ongoing visibility to each item.

Our process doesn’t end when the construction phase is over. Every new construction project is covered by a comprehensive warranty program and backed by Home of Texas. We employ the best contractors and build to the highest standards as set forth by the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC).
